Delivery Policy

Lagos Delivery
We offer delivery to all areas within Lagos. Delivery and installation services are available for an additional cost, and our team will guide you through the product setup. All deliveries originate from our Lagos office.

Abuja & PH Delivery
Delivery to all areas in Abuja and Port Harcourt is also available. Delivery and installation fees apply, and our team will provide setup guidance. These deliveries are managed from our respective outlets in Abuja and PH.

Nationwide Delivery
We deliver and install nationwide, typically to a nearby terminal for customer pickup. We partner with "God is Good" for delivery services; if their routes don't cover your location, we will work with you to select an alternative provider.

Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days for items that are damaged or incorrect. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase for processing.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours to your original payment method. For any refund issues, please reach out to support@jumbosportmart.com.

Exchanges
