As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority these challenging times continue to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.
At Jumbo, our employees are trained in proper hand washing. Work areas are properly sanitised and all employees take the utmost care when packaging items.
All hard copy invoices and waybills are suspended for now. Invoices and Waybills will be sent to you via Whats-app or email.
Do We Deliver?
Yes. Depending on the volume of sales, we deliver Tuesdays and Thursdays on the Island,and Wednesdays and Fridays on the mainland. Feel free to reach us on 08172017830 if you have specific questions.
Delivery comes at a cost. We facilitate delivery anywhere in Nigeria.
Item pick up for confirmed orders is still on-going at our Abuja (Wuse), Lagos (Ajao Estate) and PH (Rumuo Masi) warehouses.
As advised by NCDC, our logistic team requires you wear a mask, have a hand sanitiser and maintain social distance as much as possible while offloading/ delivering items to you, especially in your premises.
We accept only transfers for pay on delivery orders. We accept cash,transfers and POS in our physical store in Lagos, Abuja and PH.
You can make your order online and pay with cards, transfer of on-delivery.
We do not accept cash payment within these period.
Repairs and Maintenance
For jumbo items and the brands we represent, we do repairs and servicing.
For non-jumbo items,we may not be able to take up repairs and servicing.The repairs and maintenance depends on a number of factors among which are the availability of technical staff, nature of request and location of request. We will do our best to provide alternatives if we are unable to attend to you.
