How to use
At the start of each day, press and hold the Reset Button to erase any previous reading.
Hang the step counter. It is best to hang the step counter, aka Pedometer, to your waistband or your belt.
After use, or during non-walking periods, take off the pedometer and see the total number of steps you have taken.
Press the Mode Button to check for distance covered, calorie burn, and the time taken
